Cancellation Policy

🏌️ Private Coaching Sessions

We require advance notice for all private lesson cancellations and rescheduling requests so that we can offer the time slot to other students on our waitlist.

• 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule a private coaching session without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
• No-shows without any notice will be charged in full.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.

👥 Group Classes & Junior Academy

Group class registrations are non-transferable and held on a recurring schedule. The following applies to all KJA levels and group programs:

• Missed group classes are not refunded or made up on an individual basis.
• If Kevics Golf Academy cancels a class, students will be offered a make-up session or credit toward a future class.
• Enrollment cancellations from an ongoing program require written notice to kevin@kevics.com.

☀️ Summer Camps

Summer camp registrations secure a limited spot in the session. Because camp sizes are small and fill quickly, the following policy applies:

• Registration closes 5 days before each camp session begins.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the camp start date will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session subject to availability.
• Registrations are transferable to another eligible camper with advance notice.

📡 TrackMan Bay Rentals

Bay reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• 24-hour advance cancellation required to receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the reservation fee.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• Maximum 2 golfers per bay. Arriving with more than 2 players will require an additional bay reservation subject to availability.

📋 General Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email — not through a third party.
• Kevics Golf Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, emergency, or facility issues. In such cases, students will receive a full credit or reschedule at no additional cost.
• This policy applies to all programs and services offered by Kevics LLC d/b/a Kevics Golf Academy.
