TrackMan Rules & Cancellation Policy
TrackMan bay rentals are self-guided sessions. The player(s) can practice on a virtual range or short game area, play a virtual course, or play a game during their session. By booking this service, you are agreeing to the following rules and policies.
- Two-player maximum per bay.
- Junior players under the age of 14 are required to be supervised by a parent/guardian/adult during the session.
- Download the TrackMan app and create and account before you arrive, as this will allow you to get started quickly by scanning the Quick Login QR code upon arrival.
- Players are encouraged to use their own golf balls for the most accurate results relative to their game.
- Wash your clubs and balls prior to your arrival. We also have a sink in the restroom that can be used to clean your clubs. All clubs and ball must be clean, as even the smallest of dirt or scuff marks on the player's equipment can cause damage to the impact screens.
- Food & Beverages:
Food/candy and beverages are to be kept off of the putting green, as well as out of any turf-installed areas and hitting bays. You are welcome to bring in food or order delivery. For delivery be sure to include the "Ste D" portion of our address to help ensure your order is delivered to the correct adress.
- Our patrons and members take pride in keeping the facility tidy. Clean up after yourself, throw trash into a garbage can.
- Players are allowed an additional 15 minutes of short game practice after their reservation on the putting green. We are a busy coaching facility too, so there might be group instruction occurring on the putting green during your visit.
- Late arrival for an appointment does not push back the reservation's allotted time. It will still end at the designated time based on the original reservation's starting time.
- Be courteous of the player(s) that booked behind you by making your way out of the bay when your reservation has expired.
- Our staff has the right to inform/remove the player(s) when a reservation time has expired.
- You are attending at your, and your family's, own risk, and you assume all liability for any injury or damage caused by your actions. Be aware of your and your family's surrounds when in the facility, and when swinging clubs. To help prevent accident or injury, clubs should not be swung outside of a hitting bay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made prior to the 24 hours before the reservation time will receive a full refund to the card on file.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the reservation time will receive a credit for the service, valid for one month from the cancellation date.
- No Call No Shows are non-refundable and not given a credit.
